Our UX team (with guests for other groups) embarked on a small project to help us distract a little bit from our current endeavours and to brush up on our illustration skills. We decided to have our very own version of the Major Arcana from the Tarot Deck. Because I was leading the effort, I abused my position and selected my card first. I choose the one that I can relate to the most right now, "The Fool."
It might sound harsh, but it is a beautiful thing to relate to. In the Tarot, The Fool is leaving for a journey into the unknown, looking to reach a better version of himself.
Right now, while I'm leaving a great stable job in my home country for absolute uncertainty in a place I have never been in search of a different life, well... sounds like a foolish thing to do.

I love mystic symbolism (thanks to classic Indiana Jones films), so I tried to add some of the traditional elements to my interpretation of the card but also including some personal things to it (that's my cat in the picture).
